Ingredients
- 1 AeroPress scoop of medium-dark roast coffee beans, freshly ground
 - 8 oz hot water (200°F)
 - 2 oz homemade pear syrup
 - 4 fresh sage leaves
 - 4 oz steamed milk
 - **For the pear syrup:**
 - 1 ripe pear, diced
 - 1/2 cup water
 - 1/2 cup sugar
 
Instructions
- **Make the pear syrup:** 1. Combine diced pear, water, and sugar in a small saucepan 2. Simmer for 10 minutes until pears are soft 3. Strain and let cool
 - Gently muddle 2 sage leaves in the bottom of your serving mug
 - Set up your AeroPress with the filter and ground coffee
 - Pour hot water over the grounds and stir gently
